·         Collection and maintenance of paperwork required for “As-Built” approval and bond releases including but not limited to: dry-well certifications, pipe/end wall certifications, shop drawings, WSSC paving clearance checklist, geotechnical borings and compaction tests.

·         Coordinate engineering, billing, and installation of utilities required in the public right of way and on lot including relocation. Work closely with utility engineers and field representatives for power, water, sewer, lighting, gas, cable and communication.

·         Coordination and management of all civil engineering services required through construction process from stake-out to “As-Built”.

·         Responsible for all routine and final inspections in the field with County and State Inspectors.
