·         Field supervision of road, water, sewer, storm drain, utilities, construction and installation.

·         Work closely with Superintendent on development and home Construction.

·         Maintenance of all issued permits to include tracking extensions, renewals, revocations,      

      Re-instatements, violations, work stoppage, daily-weekly field visits with site superintendents and

       inspectors required or requested.

·         Responsible for production of all development bids with minimum (3) bids per task.

·         Performance of in house, county, and Maryland DER site inspections for quality control, and compliance. Also for identification and mitigation of deltas in the project flow to keep developments on budget and on schedule.

·         Collection and maintenance of paperwork required for “As-Built” approval and bond releases including but not limited to: dry-well certifications, pipe/end wall certifications, shop drawings, WSSC paving clearance checklist, geotechnical borings and compaction tests.

·         Coordinate engineering, billing, and installation of utilities required in the public right of way and on lot including relocation. Work closely with utility engineers and field representatives for power, water, sewer, lighting, gas, cable and communication.

·         Coordination and management of all civil engineering services required through construction process from stake-out to “As-Built”.

·         Responsible for all routine and final inspections in the field with County and State Inspectors.
